Just wanted to let anyone concerned know that we ARE aware of the outage of Lowell's 100.3, WION-FM. It appears to have started about 5:30 this morning, the 10th of December, and came ON again about an hour later, but is off as of this writing at 9:45 Wednesday morning. […]
