Moroccan Lamb burger patty instead of the usual beef patty..
Vintage tasty cheese, pineapple (grilled), beetroot (I believe it’s just beet in the USA) red onion cooked on the grille (caramelised), free range egg, bacon, hydroponic lettuce, tomato, BBQ sauce to taste (sweet baby Rays) (sauce really to preference - ketchup is acceptable)
Lightly grilled sourdough burger bun but I also use brioche buns..
Lettuce and tomato should be on top traditionally..
