INTERNET PROVIDER OUTAGE CAUSES LOWELL’S 100.3 TO DROP
This Sunday morning it appears by monitoring a Facebook group dedicated to certain internet outages that our 1003 FM is not on the air. By FCC regulation, any time there is no audio detected at the transmitter site, the transmitter has to shut down until audio returns.
