When Smart Bulbs Go “dumb” or “Unplug Electronics when Outages are Possible”

So, what happens when Consumers’ Energy “blinks” the power too many times?  SMART bulbs become dumb again and are all asking for individual resets!  This happened last week at the WION offices in the “gameroom” and other locations.  This is one reason to shut OFF electronics and sensitive electrical things in hot weather when power outages could happen due to load on the grid.  Enjoy what Justin and I saw when we manually chose GENERATOR power for the station last week vs. any more brief “blips” in the power coming into the studios.
